Policies
Call-In Program Policy You are responsible for placing your propane delivery orders. Schuyler COOP business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Same-day emergency call-in deliveries incur an additional fee and are not always guaranteed. Call-in orders requesting delivery within 1–2 business days are also not guaranteed, as scheduling depends on current demand. Call-in orders require a minimum purchase of 250 gallons. Orders below 250 gallons will be billed at a higher per-gallon rate.
Outage of Propane Policy If your tank runs out of propane and no pressure is detected, we are required to perform a leak test before refilling. This test will incur an additional fee, along with any other applicable charges. We cannot provide propane service until the tank is confirmed to be gas-tight and free of leaks.
