Filling Tanks

Payment

We prefer payments to be made upfront by check upon delivery. This can be done directly with the driver or placed under the lid for your convenience. Thank you for your understanding!

Propane
Policies
Call-In Program Policy You are responsible for placing your propane delivery orders. Schuyler COOP business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Same-day emergency call-in deliveries incur an additional fee ($100.00) and are not always guaranteed. Call-in orders requesting delivery within 1–2 business days are also not guaranteed, as scheduling depends on current demand. Call-in orders require a minimum purchase of 250 gallons. Orders below 250 gallons will be billed at a higher per-gallon rate.
Outage of Propane Policy If your tank runs out of propane and no pressure is detected, we are required to perform a leak test before refilling. This test will incur an additional fee ($60.00), along with any other applicable charges. We cannot provide propane service until the tank is confirmed to be gas-tight and free of leaks. Schuyler COOP business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
